Visa and invitation letter

Lectures and presentations
A standard PC and a LCD projector will be available. Speakers are requested to deliver their presentations (USB stick) to our technician, at least one hour before the start of the session.
Cancelation policy
All cancellations must be sent to the MAIL in written form by the deadlines specified. Refund will be made after the event as follows:
• before and on 1st of September 2024: 75% refund
• after 1st of September 2024: no refund
The original receipt together with the attendance certificate will be provided in the conference bag.
